As of July 1, 2012 Mississippi will honor all other states Permit/Licenses to carry Pistols/Revolvers/Stun Guns. This brings to 15 the number of states that will honor all other states Permit/License or allows permitless carry. Those states are Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and Vermont. 16 states if you count Wyoming but WY only allows its residents to carry without a Permit/License. Wyoming Non Residents still must have a valid Permit/License that WY honors to carry there.
Nevada has added South Carolina to the list of states it honors. This brings to 16 the number of states that Nevada Honors. SC Will Not honor NV at this time.
New Mexico has not changed their listing on states they honor since the fiasco at the end of April. They added some states back on the list they dropped earlier but didn’t add Wyoming. WY is still listing NM as a state they honor. Since NM has dropped them WY should remove NM from their list as their law is very specific on whom they will honor. They will only honor states that honor them.
Due to the 4th of July holiday www.handgunlaw.us may not be updated July 1 with the changes mentioned above. The site will be updated gsometime during the first week in July.
I forgot to add the links.
