Mountain, being poor crosses all barriers. What is really going on is a way to systematically discriminate against the "have nots" no matter what race. I believe this would be a winning civil rights case. This is discrimination. It's too bad the ACLU can't stop their battle with God, long enough to help.
 
Tell the ACLU that handgun licencing will adversely affect child-molesters - that will get them on board.

As the rich guy drives off he's singing " California here I come , I've got money and a gun ."

There is a latent effect to any gun regulation such as this. The poor will still have guns but now they will be criminals if they try to use them. Then the government can disarm them easier. Sad. I paid $200 for my CCW in Alaska (when combined with the mandatory class). Had I been not-so-well-off, I would have been a criminal. Sick.

Sounds like the origins of Gun control
after slavery their were the
'ban cheap guns' laws so poor blacks couldnt affor a gun, or simply putting a nice heavy nice on the more affordable guns often in the form of registration to track down criminals ofcourse which also made gunownership more exspensive and burdensome.
And their were ofcourse many bolder laws at that some that simply state that blacks could not own any guns even in self defense.
Want to educate a lot of people on that one in a simple way order 'guncontrol is racist'
