Minnesota CCW LAW AGAIN GOING COURT...

&^#@*.....The liberals in Minn are AGAIN going to court to try to prevent it's citizens from their lawful right!! The CCW law was passed in 2003 and an injunction was put on the law due to the 2003 law was 'attached' to another bill. This year (June) , the legislature passed the CCW law pure & simple. Now the same group, (a group of MPLS/St Paul churches) are again going to find some funky judge to again put an injunction on the present law.

I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN.....so I took my mandated firearms class this last Saturday (Had to drive 140 miles round trip to get the class in before some liberal judge screws the citizens) and this morn drove to the court house to apply for my CCW permit....and relieve me of $100. Let's see what happens......

Hang in there--Here in MO. we went through the very same run-around but finally prevailed.

Good Luck.

-Cheers

We here in WI are counting on MN blazin' the trail for us! Best wishes to you all and to your cause. I hope it works out in your favor.

Fight Back! And don't fight fair.

Find someone whose family has lost a member due to being unable to carry for self-protection. File lawsuits with their co-operation.

Sue the churches, sue the ministers, sue the governing boards of the churches, and sue anyone that can be shown to be in a legally exposed position.

Sue them for enough that if they lose they will not be able to afford an army surplus tent for shelter to hold services.

Investigate the possibility of getting their tax status changed to that of a political organization rather that the religious status they currently enjoy. They sure are acting like political organizations!

There may be a lawyer or group of lawyers doing the legal work for the group of MPLS/St Paul churches pro bono - find out if some of their other clients are rkba supporters and have them visit with them about the error of their ways.

Hire a billboard in a prominent location or run newspaper ads and keep a running count of the 'could have had a ccw' death toll and thank the scum responsible for their deaths in appropriate language. (I know mine in this post is not.)

Hand out fliers informing the congregations of the issues that their churches are meddling in and how many have DIED thanks to the missguided efforts of their church leadership. Show Joe Blow, 36, father of 6, member of Yaddayadda Congregational Church, shot and killed by a mugger, etc. Show the members of the congregations that people just like them are being killed by this missguided effort by their churches.

Make it so hot in the 'kitchen' that they stick with saving souls & bake sales.

You fine folks in Minnesota were able to chase the pitbull off the porch, (Get CCW passed) now it is time to hose the dog droppings off the porch!

Good luck and may G-D guide your fight!
