Mini SIGMA (SW9M) question

I saw one of these little ones the other day but wasn't able to shoot it since I was at a friends house. I looked all over the internet for information on these and I can't seem to find any...what happened to them? One thing that made me curious was the fact that I couldn't seem to find a slide release lever or anything of that nature, am I correct or I just didn't look hard enough. If I'm correct, how does it work, what has to be done for the slide to be released. Also I didn't see a magazine release button. WHERE ARE ALL THE THINGS IN THIS GUN????? The only thing I saw was the trigger!

Thank you for any information,,

André

they are crap, even crappier than the full size Sigma if that is possible

the mag release is a pinch style where you actually pinch the sides of the bottom of the mag to allow it to come out

there is no slide stop lever, to make the slide lock back insert empty mag and pull slide fully to rear (a la PPK)

they may have slightly more quality than the .380 model but not a lot

In addition to being crap, they are designed for a service life of under 5000 rounds (3000, if I remember correctly.)

Designed to be carried a lot and shot little. Good thing, too, as everyone I've ever encountered or heard of broke frequently.

Owned one once. Shot 14 rounds of Winchester Silvertip and the damn thing broke (would not fire). Sent it to S&W for repair and got it back in two weeks. I had to pay shipping. I immediately traded it in on a better pistol. My $0.02 - skip it.

There is no way to lock the slide back. They were made from 1996-98. I have had one gathering dust in the safe for many years. It's had 20 rounds through it. Plus a brand new spare mag. Wanna make me an offer on this rare peice of S&W history?

I kind of like the looks of it, but then again I seem to like ugly guns {CZ52}. The mini 9 had a steel slide unlike the one in .380 wich was made of zink. My carry gun is a Sigma40VE wich has been a very good gun, 4000 rounds with out much trouble. Even though I like the Sigmas, they can't even come close to a good old 1911.:)
