Its a mini version of the fullsize gun. They quit importing the fullsize after the capacity limits went into effect in the states.
Firestorm/Bersa didnt want to lower the capacity of the guns...so
they just quit selling them here. My dad has one and its a wonderful gun. Accurate, dependable and reasonably priced.
The mini is the same gun..just shorter in 2 places. I dont think
you can go wrong with it. IMO anyway....Shoot well.

On the same note, how does the Mini Firestorm 40 score?

It, of course, also has finger grooves on the front strap. The only problem I've had with my MFS9 is an occassional hammer bite. A minor point is some of the corners, like the back of the slide, are sharp. Normal capacity Bersa Thunder9 mags work in the Mini.
