About five weeks ago I recieved a Milt Sparks PMK for my two inch S&W model 64. The quality in excellent, as you would expect from Milt Sparks. The design is where this holster truly shines though. It carries the gun low on the belt so that it is fast and comfortable, and concealable. The design allows the use of a heavy duty concealment gunbelt that supports the weight of the gun, without the holster collapsing when the gun is removed the way most pancakes do.

This holster allows me to carry my k-frame under a sweatshirt, t-shirt, or Pollo Shirt the way that I normally carry a j-frame, and it is just as concealable. The low belt carry solves the top heavieness problem of most snubnose revolvers, which cause the butt to stick out from the body because they lack the long barrel to help stabalize it in a high ride holster.

Low carry comes with a price though. This holster is not really suitable for barrels longer than 2 /12 inches, unless you are very tall or have very ling shirt tails.
