Military missing absentee ballots

Duh!
 
In 1980 I never received my ballot. I was on the USS Ranger in the middle of the North Arabian Sea. The County Clerk swore she mailed it, but it never showed up. A fair number of other shipmates never received their ballots either.

that i know of thats been going on for over 30 yrs, & if the men did get them, & sent them back they were not always counted.
