Military Bullet Wound Ballistics!!

Hi,

I have provided you guys a link to the Military Bullet wound ballistics report done by retired Col. Martin L. Fackler, He goes in depth on the tissue disruption and the fragmentation effects of all the Nato rounds, It show bullet wound drawings at what it does during its path in the body and at what distances it fragments. Very interesting reading for anyone, especially those of you interested in wound ballistics.

This would appear to explain the 5.56's reputation for creating wounds that are far worse than expected for such a small bullet. It also appears to explain why the 5.56 appears to create worse wounds than the 7.62
