Mil-spec 30-06 and 308 winchester

What are the bullet weights for 30-06 and 308 win, as far as the military goes?

Specifically I would be talking about ammo for M1 Garand and M14.
 
I don't know about 30'06, but I believe that 308 is 147gr. At least that's what all the surplus you see is...

For the '06, the M2 Ball ammo bullet was 153 grains. IIRC, the tolerance was plus or minus 1.5 grains. (?)

Tracers, incendiary, AP and some other types of bullets were of different weights.
