Michigan CCW Big Question

my CCW was Temporary Suspended until outcome of my trial there was a No contest approved on the 21st of October 2005 on friday I was told by the court that since that the Domestic was Deferred I would be given back the CCW and after 6 months the Deferred, will disappear on the 7th of November I have a CCW hearing I'm I entitled to have my CCW removed from Suspension. I was told since it did not involve a weapon. That they must return it due to the fact the domestic was dropped. From a DM to attempt then to a deferred. It is also my understanding also that the Prosecutor will most likely return the License to me because of the fact of the Deferment. gun board it just a formality to reissue the temporary suspended license after 6 moths, the record is sealed and as of right now I have no record on file of domestic to do the fact the Asst prosecutor went to deferred. Is this all true and I have no record at all in 46 years of age * I would think it would be reissued or why go though the gun board correct ? also I'm totally innocent of charges was assured this was tyhe best way to keep and protect my rights a jury in michigan is no way going to let anyone off and being innocent took the six month then it will exsponge

Probably the best thing to do would be to talk to a local atty who knows and practices in this area of law.

Internet legal advise is worth what you pay for it.

1. was charged with attempted domestic Violence
2. had meeting with gun board
3. was told after completing 6 month probation CCW will be reissued
4. charged is under deferment it will be off my record in April
5. I’m I being told truthfully that it will be off my record and will it be really reissued??
