Does anyone know if this truly unconstitutional Massachusetts law has been struck down? I ran afoul of it in 2005, and it took 17 months to be exonerated. If it weren't for the sturdy work done by my attorney D. Lev (http://www.bostoncriminallaw.net/209a-lawyer/), I would have lost my modest firearms collection permanently.
