The concept behind the telescoping stock system is simple: the shotgun’s factory stock is replaced by an adapter, to which standard AR-15 grips and telescoping buttstocks can be reliably attached.
This is from Mesa's website, so I would have to say yes. Just make sure that the buffer tube you use corresponds with the the type of stock you get, whether it be commercial or mil-spec.
