If the medusa is a similar looking to a s&w revolver with a square shaped barrel. I believe a friend of mine has one. It is supposed to shoot any thing 38 cal. (380, 9mm, 38 special and 357. It also has a odd extractor. Six pins push spent brass out (they catch that groove at the rear of the case) so it extracts rimless and rimed cases.
Can't tell you how it shoots. Don't think he has ever shot it.
His is the only one I've ever seen.
