These nightly Presidential tracking polls have some Americans tied up in knots—those Americans that actually believe these media sponsored polls. Some nationally known pollsters are reporting wild swings, some as much as 15 points in 4 days while others are reporting a dead heat. Do they really expect people to believe that Americans are changing their positions on candidates like that? And how can both the wild swingers and the dead heaters be accurate at the same time? Most Americans don’t care about politics so they won’t vote anyway and those that really care have already made up their minds.
