I'm trying to find some info on Maryland law. I know an 18 year old cannot buy a pistol due to federal law, but can they legally possess one in Maryland? Also, do all pistols have to be registered with MD State Police, or are they just registered at time of purchase?
This is hearsay, but I think all handguns need to be registered with police, not just at the time of purchase. Possession by minors is prohibitted, I believe, but I'm not sure about people between 18 and 21.
That's strange, the million commie mommies have claimed children and criminals can go to evil gun shows and buy handguns no-questions-asked from "unlicensed" dealers. They wouldn't lie would they?
