MC255-20 Revolving Shotgun

[Revolver Gustav]

I learned of this shotgun that seems to be of Russian make but besides a single picture ( The eight picture on this page - http://faq.guns.ru/mc.html ) I can find next to no information on it. Its Wikipedia article ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mc-255_shotgun ) doesn't even have much. Can anyone give me some information about this weapon?
