Mayor Daley upset at First Amendment too!

After the rally in downtown chicago, one in which we have been the most successful so far at getting the right to bear arms message out in Chicago, Mayor Daley had this to say to the Chicago Tribune,

"All of us should stand together to prevent another killing and another injury, and that's what this rally does today," Daley told the crowd. "Those that have a difference of opinion should hold their own rallies."

At several points during the hour long rally the head cop got 'the call' on his cell phone to stand in front of the megaphone and told us to 'show some respect to the Mayor'! We of course go LOUDER! We also then got two megaphones. "Show some respect" to a traitor, can you believe it??

We were Loud and effectively got our point across! I guess he doesn't care about the 1st Amendment any more than the 2nd - unless he is excercising it of course!

For the life of me, I can't see why he says that stuff. Handguns are already illegal in Chicago, yet people are getting shot each day. Daley is nothing but a bag of wind.

Miss D - How is this possible? If handguns are illegal in Chicago there should be no shooting. Right? :confused:

I'm sure there are none in DC, NYC or LA. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm almost sure they couldn't happen in these places too or we would hear about it in the national media on a regular basis.
