Went to a shop today and saw two very nice 8mm Mausers but must admit I am not familiar with them at all - they just caught my eye due to their very fine condition. Markings are as follows:

BERLIN S/N 1369 DEUTSCHE WAFFER-UND

and the other is:

MOD 98 S/N 7120 BNZ 43 (this one is like new)

Any idea on history and especially what either might be worth is appreciated. I would like to get one of them. Thanks.
 
Both of these are German guns. The first one is pre-war and the second one is made in 1943.
The pre-war would have better finish.
The "best looking" Mauser is actually made by CZ. So called Persian Mauser.
