hi i am basically going to use this for deer/varmint and was wondering which i should pick and the value of the both of them in condsideration-thanks
Wood is very solid, with no cracks and only very small dings and scratches. Bluing 95%. Bolt number does not match, but this is not unusual for these guns. Bore is darkened, with some pitting, but rifling is still very strong. its 68$-mosin-listed as VERY GOOD-model 1891 russian 7.62x54
and then the mauser-is a turkish and 1903 with listed as good
and another mosin-Dated 1952 - a Cold War relic! Has permanently attached folding bayonet. Bluing 90%. Wood in great shape - no cracks, few dents and dings. Bore somewhat darkened, with some pitting in grooves, but rifling is very strong.for 68$ also and then is this better than the other 1?
also is there a problem with shooting different kinds of ammo in the mosin like the mauser?-thanks and about the differnt kinds of ammo and things like that-also will the 7.62x54 have a bit less recoil than the 8x57 and also the mosin sounds a little bigger-any comments are appreciated!!!
