Mauser made Hi Power

I want to get a Hi Power and my favorite dealer has a Browning Hi power style pistol made by Mauser marked Oberndoff ( Sp? ) Gmbh with the nitro marks etc. He is willing to sell it for $325.00 + tax. I want to know if anyone has any experience with this guns. It is in excellent shape and it comes with one Hi Cap no box.
 
Look real close at this pistol. My understanding is that these are in fact FEG HiPower clones. The only thing mauser about them are the markings. You can get FEG clones without the Mauser markings for $200 at shows.

Thanks a lot Tecolote. I look at it and could not find a made in Germany anywhere. I read in one of my books that Mauser had indeed set up shop in Hungary. So it makes sense what you say about it. I'll stay away from it.
