Mag capacity for the .40/.357Sig is 10 and 8 for .45. I don't know if there are LEO magazines with slightly higher capacity. The one I handled was a .45. I saw it at a shooting fair where you can handle and shoot guns for a few bucks. They didn't have an M2 to shoot unfortunately.
I, too, have heard that the .45 and .40 versions should be out in July and the .357Sig in October. The American Rifleman magazine had a suggested price of $450, actual retail may be slightly lower; would be cool if it were. The magazine gave it good marks and suggested that the weight be trimmed and that the safety lever be shortened.
I don't know about the weight, it wasn't unduly heavy and it balanced well, but the safety was trimmed down as was suggested. There's a manual safety, chamber-loaded indicator, magazine safety, disconnector, firing pin safety, etc. It should fit into states that are unfortunately PC.
I'm waiting to try it, then maybe another wait to see how they hold up as new guns sometimes have a few problems that need to be worked out.
