Oh, my bad. I didn't realise that the link he sent was for CDNN. I'm currently in the process of trying to purchase a Unica 6, so if I come across any info on a scope mount I'll be sure to post it here immediately.

question for Walker

have you had your Mateba double on you ? I shoot a 44 mag, and it will double about every third time. This is with fairly stiff 44 mag loads. have not had opportunity to try lighter loads.

no, I never had this prob :rolleyes:

I use the rather hard loaded .357 IMI ammo and it will work perfect! Same to the .38 Special also no kind of malfunction :)

Try to use an another spring which controls the recoil for the slide of your Mateba :rolleyes:

Maybe wolff GUNSPRINGS can help ...

for the info on springs, but i have no idea what spring i would change. have not taken gun apart, the instructions in Italian / english are so convuluted that i don't dare.
 
...it's absolute easily to disassemble the Metabe ;)
Just remove the screw nut of the barrel (special tools is included to your original gun case).
Now you can deduct the barrel cover and the barrel itself, then you will already see the big spring which controls the recoil of your Unica :)
