Not as far as anyone can guess with the new obscure and contradictory laws. HOWEVER - it is incumbant upon you the seller to make sure that the buyer is licensed to own that partuclar firearm.
Since it can be fitted with a full capacity magazine (i.e. >10 round) then the purchaser will need to have the new CLASS A type licence.
Since I have such a license I will volunteer to take it off your hands in exchange for my questionable legal help.
More information on the Massachusetts laws can be found on the Gun Owner's Action League website - www.goal.org. If the buyer isn't a member, then charge him an extra $25.00 and use it to buy him a membership.
