I don't know where you can get info, but here is how you do it:
Press firing pin head in against spring and rotate counterclockwise till it aligns with the disassembly slots and pops out at ya.
To remove extractor. gently pry away fron the body and pull forward. I like to get a firec case under it, press outward and pry forward with the case.
