If you look on page 17 of the new (May, 2002) issue of "Combat Handguns" in the article "Six Elements of Self Defense". The author, Ralph Mroz, discusses an illustration of a multicolor circle with a triangle in the center the represents "the hardware and software elements of self-defense together." Yet, he doesn't explain where it comes from.
Is this a symbol or a certain martial art?
What is it?
Where did it come from?
Can anyone help me out here?
