Marlin curved lever - opinions?

I have the Marlin 1894P. The gun is awesome. I like the shape of the straight lever. It makes for fast cycling. I checked out the 336CS and the curved handle and length of throw seemed awkward to me. Did anyone else have this impression at first? Did you end up getting used to it?

Just the opposite for me - I much prefer the lever on my 336 over my 1894P and Guide Gun. I have pretty wide hands, and my pinky is squished up pretty good in the straight loop, but putting it outside for more room was a good idea only for the 1st shot. Anyone know where one can get a lever with an extended loop?

We are making large loop levers for all styles of the marlin levers.
You can just send your lever and we can modify it , or we can send a new one. DRC
