Anyone have any experience with this bolt action .22? Is it accurate? Reliable?
I'm thinking of picking one up to be a gopher controller/small game hunting/target practice gun.
The pros I see are that it's bolt action and tube fed, so I can feed the beast anything from CB caps (can't feed those from a box magazine) to .22 LR (which I have in bulk). Also, I think it would be a good candidate for my son's first rifle (after he gets a bit older - he's only 2!), since I can easily make it a single shot bolt action by removing the tube.
This would not be a replacement for a 10/.22 but rather a supplement.
