Marlin 60/99 Trigger Group Help

Got a nice looking Marlin 99 Sunday. Shot about 100rds through it and it stopped striking the cases. Turns out the recoil buffer busted and got lodged up in everything. Go to pull out the pieces, and it seems I was missing some e-clips that hold the trigger group together...

SPROING!

I've gotten most of it back together, but I am really stumped on a few parts, mainly springs. Anyone got some detailed pics or instructions available? I've found Numrich and Brownells both sell buffers and I'll do the firing pin while I'm at it, I just need to get this thing back in one piece. If nobody's got anything, I guess I'll have to spend another $50 and get another one for reference :o

Well, 10 hrs later, I am a Marlin trigger assembly expert :D

Didnt get to shoot it but it dents empty cases, so I should be good to go. Go me! :o

I'll agree that's the way to go, although I dont think it's too bad now that I know what's going on. My fingers are a bit big for the job, but I pretty much assembled the whole thing on the left side first except for the load arm and ramp and then stuck it together before trying to put the ends of the springs through their proper holes. I wouldnt be nervous to take it apart again, but I think I'll just spray clean it because I figure it's more damage to the springs taking it apart than it'd be worth to get in every single cranny in the setup. I shot a test round through it tonight and all seems good. Trigger feels a bit heavier, but it may just be me since I didnt get to shoot it too much before it broke. Gonna order some spare parts from Brownells or Numrich before I forget, and I need a new buffer anyway, mine is in 5 pieces. Looks to be that all the 99's and 60's use the same one.
