I was blessed to spend half a day on the range with a classic big bore Marlin 44 magnum. You ask what makes this experience so unique or better than any other?

I was wanting a Ruger 77/44 for a suppressor but ended up going with a suppresor ready 308 instead. If Ruger would offer the 77/ 44 in a suppressor ready configuration, I'd be all over it since the 44 magnum is such a natural for subsonic ammo.
