Marlin 336W vs. Marlin 336CS - is the extra $$ worth it?

I've finally decided to buy a 30-30. It will be a Marlin with a 20 inch barrel. I've looked at the Marlin 336W and the Marlin 336CS. Will the cheaper 336W give the same accuracy and performance as the more expensive 336CS?? I guess I really just want to know if the differences are purely cosmetic... nicer wood, better blueing ect. Or if one gun is superior to the other funtionally speaking. Any answers to these questions would really help.
 
If you're looking for a work gun and appearance is secondary, save your money. They're essentially the same gun but one has better wood.
