Has anyone hade any experience with these rifles? They are very reasonably priced, around $150.00 for the model 25 MN (clip-fed, wooden stock, blued steel). I appreciate your comments both pro & con concerning this rifle.

I have the same model also. Mine seems to prefer all types of winchester ammo. The new supreme is the most accurate in my rifle. It shoots around one inch at 100yrds and the regualr 40gr hp shoot about 1 1/2inches at 100yrds. It hMine hates anything from CCI. I've topped mine woth a weaver V-10 and it works great.

I've got the 882 or 883, I get mixed up. Anyhow, it's stainless clip-fed with synthetic stock. Kicks butt big time. I've got a 4x simmons scope on it and it shoots better than I can hold it. I imagine I'd be looking at sub two inch groups at a hundred yards if I were to ever get serious about bench shooting it. Likes the Federal ammo best, Classic with the 50gr hollow points.
