I was recently left a few guns by a friend one being a Marlin 1893 30/30. While it is a nice old gun I really have no practical use for it other than as a collector piece. I have another 30/30 to shoot.
I would like to trade it for a pre Remington 1894 .357/38. I would say the 1893 is 85 to 90 percent. What kind of trade, value wise should I look for? I would only do a face to face transaction in SW Ohio so both parties could inspect both guns.
