Made sometime 1910 - 1935 by Iver Johnson. I don't have the book to pin it down to the exact year. Their economy brand name, it does not have the "Hammer The Hammer" transfer bar action.
Value depends entirely on condition, but not a whole lot. Bill Goforth who wrote the book, says $75 to $225.
