Manten Shotgun

I recently purchased a muzzleloading, double barrel, blackpowder shotgun. It was manufactured by Manten. According to the proofmarks section of my Fjested's, it was made in Birmingham, England between 1868 & 1925. Can you direct me to any other source of information(history and/or value) about this firearm. It appears to be in excellent condition for its age and for the fact it is blackpowder.

I stand corrected. The correct spelling is indeed Manton. I double checked, and found I had also misspelled Fjestad.
