Manhurin MR88 help.

Hello,

I am looking for a Manhurin MR88 revolver. These things are based on the Ruger GP100 design and are meant to incredibly accurate and strong.
Do any of you own a Manhurin? What is your experience? Is it really that much better than an out of the box GP100?

Mentions a few US dealers but of these do not even have a website. What is best place to contact?

I have seen a few in France but have not had the opportunity to shoot one. Like you, I find them rather intriguing.
 
They are based on the Ruger Security Six, not the GP-100. Good luck in locating one. At one time they had a distributor in Texas (who also handled the Janz) and Cabela's would assist you in getting one. I don't know if either are true now.
 
yeah i thought the MR88 predated the GP100 aswell. perhaps the newer ones have switched to the GP100 tho? I've always wanted one but im sure since they are so uncommon here its not worth the effort.
