Man sets house on fire, shoots at officers

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Damian Mallory, 25, set his house on fire and went up to the roof with his 4-month old daughter. Police, responding to reports of a domestic dispute, arrived on the scene. Mallory shot at officers, using his daughter as a shield against police response, refused to come down from the roof and fell off. He died and his daughter is in critical condition.
