Makarov magazine pouch? (IWB)

Hello all! Does anyone make a dual magazine pouch for Makarov PM pistols that can go inside one's waistband? I have a Bulgarian Makarov that I carry for defensive purposes, but so far I haven't found a good way to carry a couple of spare reloads which I would much like to. I would like something comfortable and most importantly, discrete and concealable.

There's this one. Really can't imagine how it'd be even remotely comfortable or how easy the mag would be to get at though.
