Magtech or PMP 9mm?

Okay fellas, I found 1000 rounds of PMP at Century Arms for about 110$ shipped (thanks Josh), and 1000 rounds of Magtech at Midway USA for 118$ shipped.

Do you guys have any experience with these two brands of ammo? Is one brand better than the other? How's the shipping times on these two companies?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I've shot 400 rds of 9mm PMP through my sw 99 but only 50 rds of magtech. Had no problem with either one. I'd go with which ever one was cheaper.

I've shot lots (1000's) of Sellier & Bellot, Denel, IMI, PMP, and am now going through a case of Magtech. All 115gr hardball.

Except for the fact that the S&B seems a little hotter and a lot dirtier (I like that stuff!), I can't tell much difference between them.

I buy whatever's cheapest (of those four brands) when I need ammo for the range. this last time, the Magtech was the only thing available from my usual Web sources, and I've been pleasantly surprised.

The last Denel I got was $110 a case, delivered (Cole Distributing), and the most recent (Magtech) was a little higher ($130+) shipped, but the only thing I could get THEN.

(I like S&B and IMI .45 hardball best.)

I bought 500 rounds of magtech 45acp at the gun show for 80 bucks. i have shot about 100 rounds very good stuff. I also like the wolf ammo. People say wolf is junk but if it is why dont they file a clam with Wolf?
I have sent back a box of 20 223. ammo that looked bad and wolf sent me 4 new boxs of it.
oh well thats my 2 cents.

Big Al,
From the price, I'm assuming you're ordering the 115 gr. 9 mm. If so, Midway is out of stock (I have 2,000 rounds on back order), and they aren't expecting their next shipment till around the end of March. They are still accepting orders at the February sale price, but come March 1st, the 9 mm jumps to $137.40 (ouch!). When Midway has items in stock, I usually have them in 3 or 4 days.
