I just pick up a slightly used(maybe 50 rounds) Baby Eagle Poly Compact, Can anyone tell me if these are good gun's. Price was great, hopefully the gun is too!.
I have one in 9mm. It is very well made and is a well thought out design. The pistol is inherently safe (after decocking) while still being ready for a rapid first shot(DA). It is quite accurate at 17 yards which is as far out as I practice firing.
It is noticeably heavier and bulkier than my G-27 with 11 rounds in both--but I feel safer carrying the Baby with a round in the chamber than I do with the Glock in same condition.
