What is the best way to store loaded mags for an M4. Some say unloaded, some say loaded but keep them loaded all the time, some say 3 rounds short of a full load for storing. My concern is spring wear if loaded for a long time. Any help is appreciated

Loaded is fine. Constant spring compression won't weaken it, but unloading and reloading repeatedly does.
