Magazine Capacity in NJ

So I'm at the range last night with my new XD .45 ACP.

This guy comes in and has a panic attack because he sees the "High Capacity" magazine sticker on the case (XD ACP mags are 13 rds).

This guy goes on to say that I'm a felon because I have more than 10 rd mags...

I try to explain to him that the state limit is 15 rds. He says 10...

I've checked the state firearms laws about 40 times online and always seen 15 rd limits so I'm pretty sure I'm safe.

Only reason why I'm posting this is to get rid of that nagging voice in the back of my head.

Please tell me I'm not going nuts and that the state limit is 15...

Packing.org says that NJ defines a large capacity ammunition magazine as holding more than fifteen rounds. They give links to the state statutes too.

But you can have 30 round AR15 mags, as long as you have only half as many.
