K kx592 New member May 8, 2010 #1 I dont do any competition shooting or hunting (as of now) so in all my pump shotugns I always take the hunting limit plug out of the magazine to hold 4 in the mag. If I take it out of my franchi I-12 will it affect the cycling at all?

B BigJimP New member May 8, 2010 #2 I'm just the opposite ( I never take a plug out ..??) but no, it should not make any difference ( the plug rests inside the mag spring.)

Also while im at it, the front sight beed came lose and now when I screw it down its crooked Whats the trick? Thread locker?
