M629-2 8/38"

HiGuys,
Newbie to this forum. Just purchased a used M629-2 it had no box or paperwork, would like to have one and also what year it was made any help?
I had a 4/6/8 3/8" nickel new in presentation boxes in 1973 but let them slip away over the years.

Welcome to the forum. And we could use a bit more info. to age/date, photo, serial number with last 2 or 3 numbers as x's would help a lot.
