M1A upgrades

Ive been working on reducing group size from my M1A I now get an average of 1.25 inches. I've been thinking about instaling a NM welded gas cylinder, NM polished gas piston and a NM op rod spring guide do any of you think that with these mods I will be able to get sub moa averages in this rifle.TIA for any input
 
Mike, is she already glass bedded? Most folks over at Culver's and old guys from AMU seemed to get the most improvement from bedding, with the gas unitizing and piston fitting being next on the list.

Karsten I've read some of that post and I'll check out the rest here in a little while.
Steve no I have not glass bedded the stock yet I'm not completly satified with the spay painted glass stock Springfield put on it. When I find a nice walnut NM stock thats when I'll have it bedded. This rifle keeps getting better and better each little thing I do to it has seemed to help with the accuracy Thanks again
