Has anyone installed a metal mil-spec style buttplate on a newer synthetic stock M1A.Is it a direct fit?The holes for the tool kit are already there so I'm hoping It will fit.
Direct fit. SAI used to just paint USGI stocks with black crinkle paint and their buttstocks fit on the USGI stocks so I assume it works the other way around.
