Which do you think is the better gun for short to medium range hunting, a standard or bush(scout squad) M1A tradeoffs, the shorter rifle is handier, but has more muzzel blast and a shorter sight radius, what's your opinion?
Fine, Ignore me, See if i mail you a christmas card!. I've decided long rifle is better, mainly because i dont have to sell mine to get the shorter one... Maybe this was all part of your evil scheme, not responding to me will make me think about my question and come up with the answer myself, wow you guys are great at this, thanks!!! (Ps.. i'm not insain, i'de only be insain if i didn't listen to the microscopic venisian ambasidor who lives in my big toe)
Bullfrog Don't feel left out
The shorter barrel would be easier for brush but that is about it that I can see. Muzzle Blast, I hear a bit more felt recoil and you would need a long eye relief scope or optical site.
I would opt for the full size and be happy with long and short range capablities.
What ever you do, get the Walnut stock. I hear the black synthetic chips and flakes off.
Well its just a personal choice and what ballistic capabilities you want......I owned the "bush" rifle with folding stock(which was Horrible), and it was an absolutely fine rifle, we easily made hits on clorox bottles accross a couple pastures with iron sights and laying it accross the hood of a blazer---everyone there shot it and liked it......fubsy.
