M16A3 and A4

Can somebody describe to me the differences between the M16A3 and A4 compared to the A2?

As I understand it, both have detachable carry handles (flat top upper receivers). The A3 is safe-semi-auto whereas the A4 is safe-semi-burst.

Are there any other differences?

The M16A3 is the same as the M16A2 except that it has a "safe-semi-auto" trigger group. It does not have a flattop upper receiver. Used mostly by the Navy.

The M16A4 has a flattop upper receiver with a removeable carry handle. Sights are adjustable to 600 meters instead of 800 (all flattops with removeable carry handles are like that). It has an M16A2 trigger group (safe-semi-burst) and is often found with the Knights Armament M5 RAS (Rail Adapter System) installed in place of the regular handguards. Used mostly by Army Special Operations Forces.
