M16/M4 "Tactical" Sling Issue

Being the proud new owner of an RRA M4-gery (it was a gift, ordered in December), my goal is to accessorize, accessorize, accessorize.

Among the first things I'd wanted to get was a USGI sling (easy to find - it shares the same sling as the M16 family) and the "top sling kit" mentioned in the dash ten (hard to find!).

I figured that both would be easy to pick up at Knob Creek, and I was half right - M16 slings were all over the place, as were lots of aftermarket "tactical" slings. But no USGI top sling adapter kits.

SO. . . . anyone know where I can get both? I'd prefer to buy them as a package from one vendor.

Adam do you have a picture of this "top sling kit"? I do know that a lot of the
guys in Iraq are using GG&G or Wilderness stuff.
 
If you want your M4 to have a genuine GI-type sling, do what us military folk do: Buy the sling that works the best for you and throw the issue one in a duffel bag until you turn your weapon in at the end of the deployment. Nobody uses that top-sling kit anymore.
