I am going to take some advice I saw here a while back and order some M14 Mags from Cole Distributing.

I was checking out their website and I can buy either:
New in original wrapper for about $50
Like New for around $45
Very Good/Excellent for around $32

Is any body familiar enough with their products to know how they grade them?

If Very Good/Excellent means they are still totally functional and just missing some finish that would be totally fine with me, but I dont want to buy them if they are worn out junk.

Help me, please!

Cole Distributing is an excellent company to do business with. They tend to under-grade their stuff in my opinion. I bought some G-3 mags from them that were supposed to be very good, looked brand new to me though!
Also bought some Hirtenberger .223 a few years ago that would not function in my AR-15. They actually exchanged the ammo and paid shipping both ways!
Like I said before, excellent company!

Go with the very/good excellent.

I bought 6 very/good excellent mags and they are great. Just very minor finish wear. They work flawlessly. I highly recommend getting as many of the very/good excellent as you can. They are the best deal around.

Last year I puchased 10, 20-round M14 mags that were in the very good/excellent group. I'd say they were just as good if not better than that. I had all of them converted by ArmaLite for my AR-10.

Another vote for the very good-excellent. I did the 10 for $310 and all fell into the excellent category in both finish and function.
