M12 Military Holster - USGI

This is a good piece of gear. Very flexible. You can carry it on the left or right side and go with or without the flap. I have mine set up as a shoulder holster. This requires the accessory kit. Total cost was about $80 for everything including the kit. Exact same as I wore in the service when they switched over to the Beretta M9 9mm. You don't need a cartridge belt to wear it as it will accept a trouser belt up to 1 1/2" wide. The M12 holster has the added advantage of being a perfect fit for the 1911. This holster does a great job of protecting the firearm when the flap is installed. New here and I don't know if we are allowed to promote where it was purchased. If you want to know, just e-mail me.

It is a great holster. It also fits the Glock 17 well.
They are all over eBay for cheap. That is where I got mine.
I also got the "pistolmans set", which consists of a thigh extender for the M12 and four molle pistol mag pouches.
My M12 was made by government contractor cathey, and looks identical to the Bianchi.

Following the lead of amd6547, I'll tell you that I got my M12 holster and accessory shoulder harness at www.SurvivalCenterOnline.com They are both Bianchi products with a NSN on them. There were several manufacturers of the M12, Bianchi being one. The site I mention is good for USGI equipment. I also purchased some M16 magazine pouches that were brand new but that is another story.
